As it prepares for its annual Festival (Oct16-26), the MUSON Centre hosts its Vice-Chairman, SIR LOUIS MBANEFO (SAN) to a Birthday Concert on SATURDAY October 4 at MUSON Centre, Onikan, Lagos

He is a
Founding Member and Trustee of (MUSON) together with Mr. Akintola
Williams, Chief Ayo Rosiji, Mrs Emanuel and others. The MUSON journey
started in 1983 and from then up until 2001, he was the chairman of the
Artistes Committee of the MUSON, the Committee in charge of all the
concerts. He graced the MUSON stage over 100 times with his performances
over a period of 18 years. He was the Vice-Chairman, MUSON for eight
years and in October 1995, he was appointed Chairman of the Board of
Trustees and Board of Governors of MUSON. He served in that office for
six years and was later made a Patron of the Society. In December 2013,
he was once again appointed Vice-Chairman of MUSON, the position in which he is currently serving.
